Concept design – Layout of all your ideas and design dreams so we know what you’d ideally love in your new home.
Design Development – Work with your architect or one selected by ORB Constructions to develop a design utilising as many of your “wish list” items as possible.
Final Design and Documentation – Only when you’re completely happy with the design do you sign offto avoid unnecessary conflicts at the end of a project.
Warranty and Ongoing Assurances – Our commitment to you doesn’t stop once we’ve handed over the keys. You’re covered by our ongoing assurances and warranties giving you peace of mind and satisfaction that you’ve made the right choice of builder.
